The CENTAUR EIS Fund will focus on developing a portfolio of up to 8 early, but slightly later stage companies operating in the tech and digital media sectors, targeting post Seed or ‘Seed+’, pre Series A companies raising between £500,000-£1.2m

Income Tax Relief of 30% on Amount Invested

1oo% Capital Gains Tax Deferral

Tax Free Capital Gains

Loss Relief

Inheritance Tax Relief

ASCEND SEIS

The ASCEND SEIS Fund spreads the risk of investing in early stage companies by developing a portfolio of up to 12 early stage companies operating in the tech and digital media sectors, targeting Seed companies raising approximately £300,000

SEIS investing offers favourable tax reliefs:

Income Tax Relief of 50% on Amount Invested

50% Capital Gains Tax Relief

Tax Free Capital Gains

Loss Relief

Inheritance Tax Relief
